He has received more than 300 award including The Chief Minister's Award during his service in Police Department. Today, SSS is recognized as one of the leaders in manpower security business in all over Tamilnadu State.
It was his inclination to help the retired Ex-serviceman, BSF, CRPF & Police personnel that led him to create a security services company after his Retirement. With time SSS grew with his passion, drive and vision for the business.
Today, Mr.V.Karunakaran is widely recognized as a pioneer and Industry leader in the District. He is also a renowned expert and well known speaker on subjects like security, loss prevention & training.
Visionary leader that he always scouts for his next big opportunity. He is the Secretary of Tamilnadu Private Security Agency Owners Associations.
His ambition is to make Sunshine Security Service (SSS) a State leader in security business that is known for its service quality and commitment to customers and employees.
