As a well-established and accredited Glasgow-based Life, Business and Career Coach I always put clients at the very centre of my coaching.
People are my passion.
Working with me you will feel listened to and understood, supported, guided and encouraged. We’ll get quickly to what’s not working and explore positive next steps. You’ll then be ready and able to make the changes you deserve.
My life and business coaching have developed from a background in training, coaching and managerial roles with major organisations including Sainsbury, o2 and Santander. I understand the corporate world well and look to help both organisations and employees achieve what’s needed.
I have studied extensively to support my clients including counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, psychology, mental health and addiction, Emotional Intelligence and Neuro Linguistic Programming, personality and behavioural profiling, body image and personal style, Clinical Hypnotherapy, mindfulness, body language and communication, relationships and dating, positive parenting and resilience to stress.
What clients come to coaching for is not always where we need to start so I begin with an open mind and let coaching unravel the component parts.
I am an accredited MacMillan Cancer Support volunteer and am experienced in support for loss, grief and bereavement. I can help you though the emotions and effects of death, divorce or separation.
I hold a Certificate in Child Protection in Scotland through NSPCC training and have PVG disclosure although generally I choose to work only with adults.
I am a Mediator certified by the Scottish Community Mediation Network and use this particularly in relationship coaching.
I love contributing regularly to the media- TV, radio, newspapers and magazines providing a life coaching perspective on a wide variety of topics.
My life has its challenges too so I understand struggles and the importance of moving forward appropriately.
This communication and record keeping course will genuinely benefit your record keeping by training people what to do and how to do it. Importantly, in a way that helps them understand why record keeping matters so that they are encouraged to put what they learn into practice.
All managers need to develop and use a range of communication strategies to ensure that they get real engagement from their staff and can manage the expectations of their customers.
We are also proud of our future options for learners and our employers. With 95 per cent of our students remaining in employed status following the apprenticeship we truly do carve out careers available to anyone.
Being able to communicate effectively is a cornerstone to building positive working relationships; it will enable you to build rapport, develop relationships and feel comfortable and confident around others.
From planning to coordinating resources, business management plays a role every step of the way. As business management bears such significance, only skilled individuals get the opportunity to become a part of this department.
