We have representation in four continents speaking 12 langauges for example English, Spanish, German, Arabic and Chinese. We offer a range of services – a set of fundamentals which support a number of specialisms .

Our Story
Once upon a time David Rigby and Isla Baliszewska met at a coaching development meeting and had a fine discussion about the merits of consultancy, life, business and leadership coaching and mentoring.
A little seedling was planted which blossomed into a group of great coaches, mentors, trainers and consultants with the remit of sharing knowledge, expertise and spreading the word about the benefits of coaching and mentoring in business, life and work.
Aiming to work and deliver smarter, the group became Smart Coaching & Training with the goal of providing honest, professional, impactful support enabling people and organisations to grow, transform, change and flourish.
In 2014 David invited Halina Jaroszewska to be our Strategic Consultant. Halina brought an added dimension to the business through her excellence as an executive and leadership coach, and her unique talent for spotting where and how to make things sparkle.
David, meanwhile, set up Smart Coaching & Training in the Middle East, based on his contacts and experience there, adding an international dimension.
Recognising that difference makes great teams, Smart Coaching & Training welcomed a group of dedicated people, with different skills, backgrounds, nationalities, locations and competencies to join us in delivering great results.
Smart Coaching & Training honours these differences and preferences using the language of colours (from our Behavioural Preference Profiling tool – C-me) to harness synergy and balance. These different perspectives create the powerful connections that foster success – the grit in the oyster that makes the pearl.
Our current team bring a wealth of fabulous experience and a breath-taking amount of collective business support delivery hours to help our clients achieve their goals and more. With our dedicated Associates and Partners stepping into their strengths Isla and Halina now fulfil a mentoring role for SCT,
