Formed in 2010 by Directors Simon and Vicky Jinks, SeaRegs has evolved in the past years to its purpose-built training centre at Turnchapel Wharf, Plymouth.
The Plymouth centre has a dedicated Navigation Simulation room for ECDIS and Radar training as well as a workshop for engineering and Seamanship training, allowing specific and specialised training.
Our waterside location in Plymouth, along with our range of boats, compliments the shore-based aspects of the courses, providing students with all the on-site facilities needed to successfully complete their courses.
From entry level courses to instructor training, SeaRegs provides a choice of over 60 courses accredited by the RYA, MCA, Highfield and the Nautical Institute, delivering a wide range of qualifications from a port operative to a super yacht deckhand to boat master or yacht skipper to instructor training.
We take an enormous amount of pride in our course development and implementation, only working with the most friendly and experienced instructors to ensure that the courses are brought to life in the most engaging way. This, in turn, means that students leave us with lessons learnt for life and with smiles on their faces!
We realise the importance of supporting the next generation of mariners too, working very closely with and supporting employers to provide apprenticeship students with a range of exciting marine apprenticeships, allowing them to work, earn and learn at the same time.
