The CASE-certified training program prepares software professionals with a hands-on, comprehensive application security course that will help them create secure applications.
.Net is the Microsoft programming platform for both Windows applications and Web programming. The ubiquitous nature of Windows makes it secure. Net programming is clearly a critical skill set. CASE.Net will teach you the skills to write secure. Net applications.
The CASE credential tests the critical security skills and knowledge required throughout a typical software development life cycle (SDLC), focusing on the importance of the implementation of secure methodologies and practices in today’s insecure operating environment.
The training program encompasses security activities involved in all phases of the SDLC: planning, creating, testing, and deploying an application.
Unlike other application security training, CASE goes beyond just the guidelines on secure coding practices and includes secure requirement gathering, robust application design, and handling security issues in post-development phases of application development.
Training Includes
Instructor-led, streaming video training modules: 1-year access
Official EC-Council e-courseware: 1-year access
iLabs, virtual lab platform, 6-month access
Certification exam voucher
Certificate of attendance

ORION is Ontario’s only provincial research and education network. Covering 6,000 kilometres with over 30 points of presence (PoPs), our private network connects regions and over a hundred institutions all over the province, including universities, colleges, hospitals, and research institutions, as well as many of Ontario’s school boards. 1.7 million people in the research and education industry rely on ORION to share and communicate with each other and to connect to a global grid of similar networks across Canada and around the world.
Our long history of providing advanced network solutions has given us the expertise we need to fulfil the digital requirements of Ontario’s research and education community.
We also provide shared access to advanced technology that lowers institutional purchasing costs and reduces duplication of services.
History
ORION was originally created with the support of the Ontario government. ORION is a self-sustaining, not-for-profit organization kicked off by the Ontario government under Premier Harris. We were founded in 2001 (known then as The Optical Regional Advanced Network of Ontario, or ORANO), and our first connection—between Toronto and Sudbury—was completed and tested in 2003. Following that initial success, ORION and the Ontario government invested $32.4 million. Since then, we’ve been a self-sustaining, not-for-profit organization.
Focus
At ORION, supporting our community comes first. As a not-for-profit organization, we’re focused on outcomes, re-investing in the network, and the success of our community, not corporate shareholders. Whether it’s ground-breaking researchers sharing huge amounts of data or students in a classroom using technology to learn, it’s all about Ontario’s progress and economic development.
In this course, students will learn to develop advanced ASP.NET MVC applications using .NET Core tools and technologies. The focus will be on coding activities that enhance the performance and scalability of the Web site application. This course will also prepare the student for exam 70-486.
The course ASP .NET MVC & Entity Framework Development (.NET Training) teaches you how to design & implement an ASP .NET MVC application. You will learn how to code ASP .NET MVC models, views, & controllers in using the ASP .NET MVC design pattern.
This course will provide you with the technical knowledge and guidance to produce solid, well-designed, user-friendly websites. You will use Dreamweaver's feature-rich interface to create tables, layers, style sheets, hyperlinks, and buttons.
ASP.NET stands for Active Server Pages. It is developed by Microsoft. ASP.NET is used to create web pages and web technologies and is an integral part of Microsoft's.NET framework vision.
During the course, you will become familiar with front-end JavaScript framework such as AngularJS and Java EE components such as Hibernate and Spring. Fundamentals of server-side programming and Model View Controller Architecture (MVC) will be discussed using Web servers and application servers.
