Course Details

CDM stands for The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, which applies to all construction and maintenance work, including domestic projects. Many people often think if a project is not notifiable (meaning an F10 doesn’t need to be submitted to the HSE), the project doesn’t fall under the remit of the CDM Regulations; this is not the case. CDM applies to all “construction works”.

CDM Training – An Overview

Our CDM Awareness Training simplifies and explains the purpose and application of the CDM 2015 Regulations, no matter which duty holder you are. This course can be delivered to Clients, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors and Designers.
