Before delivering the training, we will want to understand more about your organisation, including what duty holder position(s) you fulfil. You may only perform one duty holder position, or you may perform more than one role. Whatever it is, we will tailor the CDM Training to suit your business need
CDM stands for The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, which applies to all construction and maintenance work, including domestic projects. Many people often think if a project is not notifiable (meaning an F10 doesn’t need to be submitted to the HSE), the project doesn’t fall under the remit of the CDM Regulations; this is not the case. CDM applies to all “construction works”.
CDM Training – An Overview
Our CDM Awareness Training simplifies and explains the purpose and application of the CDM 2015 Regulations, no matter which duty holder you are. This course can be delivered to Clients, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors and Designers.
How can you ensure this training is relevant to our organisation

You may only perform one duty holder position, or you may perform more than one role. Whatever it is, we will tailor the CDM Training to suit your business needs and requirements to ensure maximum impact for your delegates.

Our company ethos is to create long-term partnerships with our clients based on trust and collaborative working while doing good in our community and for our planet.
Our Trusted Network
Our trusted network is a collective of partners who provide a diverse range of services. Here you’ll find everyone from fire extinguisher engineers to water hygiene experts, and even charities that we passionately support.
The aim for this CDM training is to ensure everyone involved in a construction project understands their roles and responsibilities and knows how to fulfil them in a safe and effective manner.
It is reported that the total cost of poor and inefficient control of construction quality costs a lot. Sometimes, it is more than the total combined profits of all the companies involved in the construction.
The new Regulations maintain the framework for management of health and safety risks established by the earlier Regulations but are shorter and substantially simpler in structure.
This awareness course covers the core concepts of the regulations and details the various roles that are required for a construction project along with the key documents that need to be produced.
This course can be tailored to fit your company or personal requirements. At a minimum it will outline the main requirements of the regulations and duty holder responsibilities. Focus can then be tailored to suit your role within the CDM process.
