DurationCDM stands for The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, which applies to all construction and maintenance work, including domestic projects. Many people often think if a project is not notifiable (meaning an F10 doesn’t need to be submitted to the HSE), the project doesn’t fall under the remit of the CDM Regulations; this is not the case. CDM applies to all “construction works”.
