HERC is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with our South Australian equivalent, The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC), to deliver CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
This qualification is the entry level qualification for workers in the ageing, community and disability sectors.
The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC) and the Health Education and Research Centre (HERC) have partnered with leading providers in the aged care and disability industries to deliver a contemporary Certificate III in Individual Support that embeds the philosophy of empowering older and disabled people.
The training uses evidence-based practice to support the principles of a person-centred approach and engages learners to deliver care that places the client at the centre of service with inclusive decision- making and informed client choices about activities of daily living.
This qualification can be a pathway into the Diploma of Nursing with HERC to study and become an Enrolled Nurse.
