The Certificate III in Individual Support contains three specialist streams:
This gives you the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Ageing, then by doing a further four electives in disability, and then a further four electives in Home and Community, you will graduate with three qualifications.
This model will increase employment opportunities and deepen their knowledge of the various sectors they you may be working with in the future.
In addition, on completion of the Certificate III, you can receive credits for units that make up the Certificate IV qualifications of Ageing Support, Disability, Mental Health and Leisure and Health.
