Prerequisites:
A Pre-Training Review and Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment is part of the Bendigo Kangan Institute application process. Students should attain a Level 3 LLN.
Students who do not achieve this level may be offered a place on condition they will undertake additional foundation studies.

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions and to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user.
