Graduates will be able to provide advanced service across a broad range of unlicensed and licensed food and beverage service outlets where advanced skills and product knowledge are required eg luxury and upmarket operations.
Their knowledge of service principles and the operation in which they work will enable graduates to take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining the standards set by the employer.
