The Design School is a private school established in Palmerston North in 1993 by Bob McMurray. Originally known as The Palmerston North School of Design the school started with 14 students and was situated in Maire St, Palmerston North.
We will explain how best to work with your printer to obtain proofs and quotes. You will also learn options and associated costs when it comes to producing your work.
The courses offered aim to unlock creativity and use inspiration for the design of places, spaces, people and products. There is a focus on idea generation and students will learn a range of techniques that help them to create and visually communicate their own ideas.
Learn how to create virtual concepts, brochures, web layouts, magazines, banners, etc. by taking training in graphic design.
In this course you will use Adobe Illustrate to convert documents to PDF files, enhance and customize PDF documents for interactive use online, and prepare them for printing.
Expand your creative skills!!  You will need a device to take photos  and bring a USB stick. You will need to know how to do basic photographic manipulation. Expand your creative skills!
