This course can be delivered as both part of a traineeship or as a non trainee.
Since Peter and Joanne Venables launched Integrity Business College in 2006, it has grown to incorporate centres in South Australia, metropolitan and regional Victoria, and partnerships with training organisations in Sydney and Brisbane.
Peter is well qualified to run a training organisation, with his credentials including a Masters of Education, a Graduate Diploma of Education and Training, a Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
He is an accredited practitioner of the DiSC Behavioural System and a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Importantly, Peter has a wealth of personal experience in business management, training and consultancy, having owned a number of successful hospitality, retail and events management businesses.
Joanne holds a Certificate in Advanced Supervision and multiple certifications in office management and administration applications.
This course is comprised of five modules, each covering two related subjects or ‘units’. These include units on Work Health and Safety, managing risk, customer service standards and strategies, innovation, developing teams, presentations, networking, marketing and promotion.
This qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
This course provides the skills and knowledge in the latest digital business practices. It covers digital and social media engagement to promote an online business strategy. Our approach combines virtual training with in class activities, and events to nurture entrepreneurial-minded people.
