You’ll learn about the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts within a business environment.
You could have 1 - 2 years experience in an Admin Assistant role in a larger organisation, or a Team Leader or even an Office Manager for a smaller business. Or, you could be starting fresh and keen to join a business with some solid theory behind you.
In addition to assuming responsibility for your own performance, some of the things you’ll do in your job at this level would include providing leadership, guidance and support to others.
You’ll also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of your team. You’ll apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. Sounds good?
