All 10 Core and Elective Units must be successfully completed to obtain your Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety - BSB41419.
Assessment:
The course will be progressively assessed for underpinning knowledge and at completion of formal instruction a cumulative assessment will occur.
Course Requirements:
Ability to use and understand English
Good numeracy skills
Computer skills are essential (including an understanding of Microsoft Office)
Working knowledge of the WHS Act and Regulations
Course Note:
All students to be contacted by the CITC to discuss course requirements/suitability before enrolment.
The CITC will supply each participant with a PC to use whilst in the classroom only. It is up to each participant to access/use their own PC/laptop when not within the classroom to study.
All students to have the option of a maximum of 10 hours mentoring/assistance with the trainer after the course completion. Extra assistance to this, if required, will need to be discussed with the CITC.
All students will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to receive their certificates and or cards.

Training is delivered on clients’ sites or at our purpose built training centre in Regency Park which has 20 training rooms, a serviced canteen and with 7,500m2 under the main roof is considered one of the best training centres for our scope in Australia.
