The Program is an intensive, immersive, skills-oriented course designed to be highly interactive with roleplays and activities, which will expose the students to a blend of scholastic learning and experiential learning, preparing them to law practice and an opportunity to transform themselves.
The CPDM is a forty-five hours program offered to law students taking them to the theory and concepts of efficacious justice delivery mechanisms through the theory of consensual dispute resolutions mechanisms and collaborative advocacy, principled negotiation standards and facilitative mediation techniques, and arbitration.
The program consists of 7.5 hours of negotiation, 15 hours of mediation, 7.5 hours of mediation advocacy and 15 hours of arbitration.

About IIAM
Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM) is one of the pioneer institutions in India, providing institutional Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, which includes international and domestic commercial arbitration, mediation and negotiation and conducting training programs in ADR. IIAM was the first institution in India approved by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) for qualifying mediators for IMI certification. IIAM is a member of the Asian Mediation Association (AMA) and the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG). IIAM is the country representative – India for Mediation World, UK.
