The UI, “User Interface” is the graphical layout of an application. UI designers create the look and feel of an application’s user interface including screen layout, transitions, interface animations, and every single micro-interaction.
With the rise in demand for digital products and services, modern product managers now need to operate at the intersection of business, customers, and technology to ensure success.
The UI/UX design specialisation suits those who are fascinated by the aesthetics and user-friendliness of screen designs and applications. Disciplines such as user experience design, app design, experiential design, and game design form the core of the specialisation.
Organisations with a strong culture of innovation understand the challenges of developing new ideas, solutions, and products while also managing the successful implementation of these innovations.
The success of a company hinges on the effectiveness of its product management process. Whether you’re looking to bring new products to market or improve upon existing ones, the product life cycle requires management and leadership in order for value to be delivered to customers.
