Certified DevOps Foundation

DevOps (Development and Operations) is a process-based method for managing Development and Operations effectively in an integrated fashion. DevOps was established in 2009 and later streamlined as a framework by the DevOps Council. DevOps is a compound of Development and Operations.

Why do DevOps Foundation?

• DevOps is not just a process but a cultural shift. It emphasizes on collaboration and communication of both Development and Operations team.
• The DevOps movement is so widespread that it’s surprising it’s only a few years old. DevOps emerged from an effort by businesses to respond more rapidly to market changes.
• Anyone working in the Development and Operation area. Core audience: Management, Operations, Developers, QA, Testing, Service Management, Individuals involved in IT development, IT operations or IT service management Individuals who require a detailed understanding of DevOps principles, IT professionals working within, or about to enter, an Agile Service Design Environment.

DevOps Foundation Eligibility Criteria:

• We believe certification reflects the quality of your training experience.
• To maintain the value and integrity of the certification, all candidates are required to attend training in order to be eligible to answer the exam.
• Completed an accredited course
• Basic familiarity with IT and IT frameworks (Agile, Lean, ITSM)
• There is no criteria in terms of experience for DevOps Foundation Level.
