There are no levels in CMA US. Only thing is you have to complete two parts which is name as Part – 1 and Part – 2.

What is the eligibility criteria to study Certified Management Accountant (CMA USA) Course?

These are the four eligibility to get the Certified Management Accountant (CMA USA) Course certification.

• Active membership in IMA (Institute of Management Accountants). No one is allowed to appear in CMA examination without becoming member of IMA. There are multiple membership options are available.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university or a related professional certification. This option is available to those individuals who do not have bachelor’s degree but they have professional certifications from other bodies. Eg: ACCA qualified individuals.

• You have to pass two CMA examinationsPart1 and Part 2.This is the most important CMA eligibility criteria. In fact, this is the only criteria which you should be focusing on.

• Two continuous years of professional experience in management accounting and/or financial management. Experience requirement can be completed either before or after passing of CMA exams within seven years.
