This intensive two-day course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer®, will prepare you for the online test. The course fee includes a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance®, an organization that provides valuable materials and resources exclusively to CSM®s.

Course Content:

In this course, we'll cover pragmatic, time-tested practices for managing product backlogs, long- and short-range planning, project execution, and progress reporting.

We'll also examine many facets of Scrum, including the project lifecycle, roles, ceremonies, and artifacts. You will participate in exercises, in-depth discussion, case studies, and techniques to help illustrate practices and principles.
