This is the fourth subject in the CGISA Programme 2. On completion of this subject students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the important aspects of Corporate Governance.

 

 

Qualification:

This subject forms part of a national qualification on completion of all 3 Programme subjects you will receive a NQF L7 Professional Qualification.

 

 

Requirements:

Student must have successfully completed CGISA Programme 1 or equivalent, in this case students must apply for exemptions with the CGISA.
