Students will complete CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) classroom training and work placement on-site at Aurrum’s facility in Erina, where they will learn how to follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to the elderly, build relationships and practice professionalism.
Aurrum Aged Care will make offers of employment to the students who display the skills and qualities they are looking for in a carer.
