It is a common pathway into team leader or management roles and is recognised as a solid pathway to Enrolled and Registered Nursing.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support, however a preferred pathway into the program would be after completing:
CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or;
CHC30212 Certificate III in Aged Care (old qualification but provides a solid background with similar concepts and techniques).
Those already working in the industry would also be very well placed to undertake this training.
