Chemical Peel

A chemical peel treatment simply removes a layer of damaged skin from the face to reveal a newer, healthier layer. The solution applied causes trauma to the epidermis of the skin, which causes the outer layers to peel away. When the skin begins to heal, increased cell growth produces new, healthier skin layers that refresh the complexion and give the face a more youthful appearance.

Our chemical course is a blended learning course where all theory is based online followed by a half day practical session. Comprehensive online theory will include, skin types, skin analysis, client expectations, the benefits of the treatment, contraindications and client consultation.

On completion of the theory modules you will attend your practical session lead by our highly experienced educator. An overview of the chemical peel treatment along with theory recap and valuable industry insight will be shared.
