Throughout this training you will learn your responsibilities as a chief warden, deputy warden or communications officer and your part in the emergency control organisation (ECO).
The training also covers the requirements of Australian Standard AS3745(2010) & AS4083(2010). All Aspects of this training is undertaken with legislative requirements, industry practices and organisational policies and procedures. This unit applies to employees of all industries. This unit contains employability skills.
Course Overview:

3. Concluding the emergency

This session covers the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Warden (CW) and Deputy Chief Warden (DCW). On completion of this session, the CW and DCW will understand how to coordinate operations of the ECO and how to coordinate actions to safeguard endangered persons.
