The module covers rules and regulations of the industry, duty of care, types of activities and play to engage children, communicating effectively with diverse children, and behaviour management strategies.

The program of Diploma in Childcare and education course will qualify the individuals to take on the charge of supervisory roles in child care sector. The enrolled students will be able to plan, design, and implement ideas for the learning and development of children.
To work in child care you must have, or be actively working towards, at least a Certificate III qualification.
