You will gain valuable experience as a trainee childcare worker, building up practical skills and gaining confidence when working with children.
You will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check. You will also fulfill 750 hours on placement and complete two controlled assessments. To gain this you will be required to gain experience in 3 age groups.
