​In-Schools Program
In-School Programs take place in 27 schools across Darwin, Palmerston and the rural areas. Our teachers teach over 6,000 students using programs aligned to the Australian Curriculum Languages in Auslan, Indonesian, Japanese, and Mandarin.10 languages are taught to over 300 students each week. Auslan, French, Japanese, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Adult Short Courses
Adult Short Courses offer a wide range of opportunities for adults to learn new skills and make connections through a range of recreational activities. We run classes in the Arts, Music, Photography, Cooking, Languages, Sewing, Health, and Wellbeing, plus many more.
Our teachers are native speakers, brilliant Educators and are amazing at connecting with, and inspiring their students. Our pre-schooler programs are very ‘hands on’ and include many sensory elements to get the children engaged and speaking Chinese naturally.
An ongoing course in Chinese language and culture for students with some background in the subject. Some use is made of a textbook and workbooks. A print or electronic dictionary is necessary. The class does not observe school holidays.

New CLCS is offering full set of Chinese Classes for students aged from year 4 to VCE year 12. School is using imported Chinese textbook for all our classes, which is well designed by experienced language professor.
The course is for those with no or very limited knowledge of the language and who may want to travel to the Chinese speaking region, who would just like to speak Chinese or who are curious about the language and culture or simply just want to keep the brain ticking over.
