This class is for those who are open to tasting chocolate which tastes and feels very different from chocolate you are used to.
Some of our specialty classes have included chocolate making, beer & wine menu pairing, bread making, musical guest “chefs” and mead making. These classes may include a hands-on component and always have something delicious to eat, although a full meal might not be included.
