At Precision Dance we teach the ATOD Ballet syllabus from pre-grades right through to Advanced.
We chose the ATOD Ballet syllabus for our ballet classes as we believe it provides the perfect training for any student.
It fits the child who is there to learn ballet simply for enjoyment, and the student who is a bit more serious - it helps all students individually reach their full potential (whether that be because they want to dance recreationally, professionally, or pursue a teaching career).
ATOD ballet is strongly focused on creating good technique, but also encourages the dancer to develop the use of artistry. We believe this is just as important as this is what creates our little dancers!
Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Acrodance and Competition Work.
From Pre-School age onwards.
Classes in Tauranga and Waihi!
Precision Dance has classes in ATOD Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary. We also teach Pre-School Ballet and Pre-Grade Ballet, Private Lessons, Acrodance and Competition Work.
We love getting to know every child individually so that we can work out the perfect teaching plan for them, this is why our classes are small.
We pride ourselves in fostering a love and passion for dance, while teaching correct technique in a safe and supportive environment.
Most of all, we have fun!
Royal Academy of Dance is an internationally recognised syllabi for competent ballerinas. Students will learn the technique & art of Ballet through music, use of imagery & props.

Nicci Theis Mcewan is offering open classes to beginner/intermediate level students and pre-professional dancers.
This is the final step in preschool ballet, by term 3 they formally change to Pre Primary and start learning the work for their first exam (don't worry, these exams are much like training wheels: they are just important so they learn the ropes).
