We are an independent, accredited and Skills for Care endorsed healthcare and first aid training company, delivering compliant and 'Excellent' rated training across the Midlands. 

We pride ourselves on being able to consistently deliver a wide variety of fun, affordable and interactive training across the midlands and beyond. Our face-to-face and Zoom training sessions are always delivered by a registered nurse with real hands on experience, so you know you're in good hands.  

All our trainers are not only nurses, but are also trained first aid instructors and hold other training qualifications. This unique combination of knowledge, experience and skill provide our customers to an amazing teaching experience which is often very different from other training providers.  

Throughout all our courses, we use a generous mixture of technology, activities, games and discussions to really instill knowledge and upgrade your staff's skills and knowledge. We believe this combination is why we are 'Excellent' rated on Trustpilot and 5 star rated on Google.  

As a company, we are mindful that hidden costs are not only unwanted but also unnecessary. We always include VAT in our prices and provide complimentary certificates and handouts; this way, you have nothing to worry about. 

We began our journey back in 2019, were we decided that training, of any kind, should be much more fun, engaging and accessible for all. All too often we've heard people say that training is, 'a waste of time', 'boring' or 'I struggle to stay awake'. We know exactly what they mean, having been on countless training courses ourselves.  

We take a very different approach from many other training providers, using games and activities to create a sense of fun. By doing so, we put people in a state in which learning is possible, but also memorable! In short, we make learners competent and therefore compliant.  

The training quote from Benjamin Franklin sums it up nicely, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn”. We involve our learners through not only games and activities, but through the thought process of why things are the way they are, why the law says what it says, and why the procedure is the way it is. Knowing how to do something is important, but knowing why makes the difference.

Your mission is to provide easily accessible, fun and interactive workplace training, to everyone who needs it, without damaging the planet, through utilising technology. That's quite a mission! So how do we plan to do this? Through using the lastest training methods, eco-friendly products and technology to really bring our training alive.  

 Your vision is simple, to inspire everyone to want to learn. We all enjoy learning, but we don't all enjoy learning about the same thing. By making our sessions fun, engaging and interactive, we've made even more dry subjects interesting; inspiring people to attend their training and encouraging their appetite for learning.
