Souzy has over 35 years of fashion industry experience. Trained in Sydney as a Fashion Designer, Pattern Maker & Machinist. Souzy held positions such a Designer Patternmaker, Designer Product Manager.
And for the last 18 years on the Gold Coast has specialised in bridal & Formal Wear, made to measure clothing & all alterations from basics to Bridal alterations & remodelling.
Our after school classes will introduce a love of sewing to those aged 9 and over, including teenagers. Our students learn a variety of basic skills from hand stitching to machine use and then go on to use that knowledge to create their own project.
Designed for the novice sewist, the Sew from Scratch 6 week beginners course helps participants to improve their confidence through a series of fun sewing projects. Â Start with getting to know your machine and move through to using patterns and basic garment construction.
