This online course presents proven strategies for coaching and communication, getting work done, resolving conflict, improving positive performance, and developing positive working relationships.
This course introduces the fundamental principles of coaching and developing people in order to encourage their ongoing learning process in the workplace.
Communication skills including delegation, motivation, conflict resolution and empowerment will be discussed. Students will have the opportunity to practice these skills and others through on-line discussions and work related projects.
The George Brown College Foundation, established in 1984, is a separately incorporated registered charity that serves as the primary fundraising vehicle for George Brown College.

The Equestrian Instructor and Coach Certification program follows the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) guidelines established for all sports in Canada – sharing the knowledge and expertise of coaching excellence across the country and among sports.
Learn and grow with like-minded peers through blended, in-person and online programs, or receive personalized mentorship from Future Design School staff.
This program is aimed to assist the development and the personal and professional growth of a mentee coach who wants to take his/her knowledge and skill to the next level.
The mission of the CSI Atlantic is to develop world class, expert coaches for Train to Train, Train to Compete and Train to Win stages of the sport system, including those working with developmental and high performance athletes in Atlantic Canada.
Mentorship is a related skill that includes being a guide, offering wisdom and advice when it is needed.
