Coaching and Mentoring

Coaching and Mentoring is a programme where coaching conversations are offered by Mentors via the Mentoring programme implemented by the Employee Support Division of Human Resource Development and Management, Department of the Premier of Sarawak.

This enables the whole ranks of the Sarawak Civil Service officers benefits from coaching.

As a training arm of the State Government, the Institute collaborate with world-class learning institutions and renowned resource persons to design and develop leadership programmes and relevant learning solutions for the Sarawak Civil Service (SCS).

Driven by the purpose to advance excellence in the public sector, the Leadership Institute is constantly adapting to changing times, evolving from being a training provider to a more strategic partner by developing competent public servants and leaders across different levels within the SCS.
