During this 1 day course you will learn a range of tools to be able effectively coach and mentor in the workplace.
Build on the current knowledge, skills and experience of your staff through an individualised programme, and maximise their potential within their current, or a future role.
The objective of the OTHM Level 4 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring to Build Relationships is to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding of how to effectively build relationships through specialist inclusivity, behaviour management, coaching, mentoring and tutoring skills.
