This course is designed for individuals with some prior coaching experience who seek to further enhance their coaching skills and will in essence be a Community of Practice.
Throughout this program, participants will engage in the analysis of live coaching sessions or recorded coaching conversations, delving into the tools and techniques used by experienced coaches.
We will actively explore and address our blind spots, fostering open discussions on overcoming obstacles and managing challenging situations, with a focus on learning with and from each other.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.Please note there will be no teaching sessions on:
