The Growth Model
Access Ideas (M) Sdn Bhd is a 100% Bumiputera-owned, HRD Corp appointed Training Provider and registered under the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. The company was established in 2014, with the aim to make training accessible for everyone on all platforms.
AIM sets a standard for competency-based training programmes in terms of content, delivery and practicality. We do this through three (3) training enablers; training of trainers, producing training related contents, and digitisation of training classroom.
We offer Trainer & Training Development topics such as HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certification Course, HRD Corp Training Needs Analysis (TNA), HRD Corp Evaluation on the Effectiveness of Training (EET), as well as training material publication services, and consultation on training room digitalisation.
Our tagline “Make Training Accessible” is not merely a marketing slogan, but we truly want to create a platform so people can have the opportunity to experience quality training. The goal is to make the process of running a training easy for everybody.
We strive to ensure that the process is made easy for clients to have high quality training programmes. Organisations get to achieve their business strategies; departments get their staff to be more capable of their jobs and individuals get to grow in knowledge and skills.
AIM provides the opportunity and platform for raw talents to bloom. Our team consists of the bridge between gen-X and gen-Y from various backgrounds. Leveraging on collective experiences of our team, we focus on ensuring relatability and achievability.
We have a collaborative partner in Kuching, Sarawak and we hope to continuously grow and collaborate with more partners all over Malaysia.
