Coaching is all about working with you, teaching you the skills you need to develop you and your organisation. Coaching is very much a short-term relationship supporting you to enhance your skills, learning news skills enabling you to achieve your targets and goals. We coach people throughout all elements of our business whether that is to start a business or to support the growth and development of an existing one.

Ruth Roan:Owner of Building business she is a successful working mum, running her own business Consultancy Company whilst bringing up a young family. She has over 10 years experience in the start-up support industry, having worked in a wide range of organisations from a Business Project Director for a Development Trust to a Business Advisor for Business Link in London.
Ruth’s passion is working with people, organisations and local communities ranging from large city corporate organisations and charities to small independent start up businesses and communities. Helping them to build solid foundations, giving them the skills, confidence and expertiseto grow and succeed.
Ruth is all about working with people to help themselves, giving them the support, advice and guidance to achieve their goals and aspirations.
We offer coaching skills training in Winchester as a one day course or part of our 12-month action focused leadership and management training program both achieve excellent results and promote a high-performance culture.
This training has been designed to support individuals to develop their coaching and mentoring skills. Participants will be provided with the skills and knowledge to enable them to effectively coach and mentor in the workplace.
Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management this Level 5 programme in ‘Effective Coaching and Mentoring’ delivered across two 2-day modules taking place approximately 6-8 weeks apart.
