Practically Ajay has been into teaching and training since his childhood. He was only 9 years old when he started taking language lessons for a 56-years-old un-lettered neighbour. After putting daily efforts for a few months, he made his student, probably the first one, reasonably comfortable in reading and writing.
This practice went on and he kept on teaching people who needed his support. He believes that learning never stops and that is why even after decades of completing his formal education i.e. B.E from NIT, Nagpur and M.B.A. from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune, he keeps on attending workshops and seminars on varied topics.
He comes with 14 years of experience of working with corporates like Adobe, CSC and Hindalco. He has been a visiting faculty in a few MBA and BBA colleges and also worked part-time as a trainer at TIME, Gurgaon and Career Launcher, Chennai. He loves to spend time with kids, loves gardening and writes poems in his leisure time.

She has 20 years of rich work experience which includes 5 years of Corporate Consulting, Software Development and 15 years with TIME. She established TIME’s Gurgaon centre and ran it successfully for 15 years. She is B.Tech in computer science from IIT-Madras and MBA from IIM-Calcutta.

Priya is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 9 years of work experience.
