This course has been designed for leaders, managers and supervisors who wish to help their team members fulfil their potential.

By the end of the course you will have a deeper understanding of the role of the coach and be able to make use of a variety of coaching models and techniques to help you inspire your learner and help them enhance their own person effectiveness and raise standards within your organisation.

You will also learn how to conduct coaching sessions using a variety of questioning and listening techniques whilst understanding individual personality preferences and you will have the opportunity to put this into practice.
