Coaching skills are a valuable asset to leaders and managers and can be useful in a range of workplace conversations, such as feedback, delegation and career development reviews.
This workshop will provide an introduction to key coaching concepts, approaches and skills.
We will explore when and how coaching skills can be used to support effective leadership and management practice.
Participants will take part in a practice coaching conversation using real-life examples, topics and challenges.
