Raise The Bar Real Estate School is wholly owned and operated by the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®. When you learn about us you’ll realize we offer a real estate pre-licensing course.
Which fulfills the 90 hours required to become certified in the state of Arizona. Tuition for this course is currently $459. Raise The Bar also offers a Broker licensing course designed for current real estate professionals in pursuit of a Broker’s license.
The program offers them the necessary curriculum to become licensed and/or own and operate their own business. The tuition for this course is currently $559, which fulfills the 90 hours required.
To become certified in the state of Arizona. This license requires three years of practical, full-time experience as a salesperson or Broker during the immediate five years preceding application.
