Learning to code doesn’t just prepare students for career opportunities later in life; it also provides a host of soft skills and other benefits. In our Coding program, we teach children how to solve problems and engineer solutions through coding.
As children develop their coding skills, we present them with the problems and challenges of increasing levels of difficulty and motivate them to experiment with code to come up with the right solution, rather than just copy the code from the instructor’s screen. Thus, children start honing their problem-solving skills as soon as they take on their first coding challenge. At AlphaMinds Academy, we are committed to empowering children with the ability to think critically, reason effectively, and approach problem-solving with confidence.
Our Logic Program provides a stimulating learning environment where children can develop these fundamental skills while having fun and enjoying the journey of intellectual growth. At AlphaMinds Academy, we provide both in-person and online classes, ensuring a personalized learning experience. Our classes are conducted in small group settings to promote active participation and engagement. Additionally, private tutoring is also available upon request.

AlphaMinds Academy is the only program in Hudson County, NJ that offers an extensive Russian Language program. From Mommy and Me classes to Musical Theater and Russian Literature classes, we offer a wide array of full-immersion Russian language courses for children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Total beginner? This is the class for you. This week-long course is designed for young students ages 9+ with limited math and typing proficiency (JavaBlocks, our block-based coding platform tailor-made for easy transition into typed Java programming.
For an introduction to coding, Python is a great first typed language to learn for beginners! It’s easy to read and easy to create functional programs without struggling with syntax, or the rules of a language.
Coding course is offered by Eduarise Innovations. Coding is a commonly used term for computer programming. By definition, “code” refers to a set of instructions that tells a computer what to do.
Starting age 8½ and over. Students with prior text-based programming exposure and/or interest usually start in this class.
Javascript Level 1 is an exciting introduction into the world of web development. Your child will learn fundamentals of front-end development like HTML, CSS, and Javascript from one of our hand picked Juni instructors. At the end of the course, students will have constructed their very own website.
