Designed as an introductory course, the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: Introduction aims to equip learners with an understanding of the principles and basic techniques applied within CBT. Specifically, learners will learn how to identify thinking errors and understand the potential underlying challenges leading to these errors.
Upon successful completion of the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: Introduction workshop, participants have the option to enrol and attend the higher level module entitled: “Deliver Evidence-based Psychological Interventions ”
