Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Workshop

Department of psychiatry will organise a-2 day cbt workshop, inviting all mental health speacialists and trainees to participate in the workshop. The workshop will focus on the cognitive model of unipolar depression and panic disorder. 

The trainers will also share on the behavioural and cognitive strategies for clinical application.
