ESM is for individuals currently looking for employment and training opportunities. ESM provides an inclusive environment recognizing the individual needs of Manitobans. Our experienced team of facilitators and instructors will work with you to develop a learning plan to develop skills for success.

Using skills-based assessments, We can measure your current level in the 9 Essential Skills and provide specific recommendations for upgrading your skill levels.
Assessments and training are based on the skills required to be successful in an occupation, continuing education or technical training. ESM can:

Study professional communication strategy, theory, processes and methods.
The course is designed to assess the students’ foundational writing skills in grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation. Upon completion, students will be able to construct clear, strong, effective sentences and put together business letters, reports, proposals, memos and E-Mails.
This Develop-level course uses a variety of methods to put across key messages around clarity, conciseness, structure, and the importance of getting it right first time.
It is designed with one purpose in mind; to “sell” your skills, knowledge, and experience to an employer so that he/she will invite you for an interview.
