Communication & Conflict Resolution

Objectives:

In this interactive and engaging workshop, our facilitators will ensure participants gain a deeper understanding of the causes of communication breakdowns and interpersonal conflict.

Demstrating various methods for conflict resolutions, including understanding preferred communication methods, personality bias and how to positively manage their own behaviour. 

Learning Outcomes.

• After participation, the participant should be more confident and capable of working with a broad range of other people.  The participants will find communication and conflict more manageable and outcomes more rewarding.
