Communication Skills

I was brought up in a Franco-Spanish family, graduated Law School and completed a Masters in International Law before joining the National Crime Agency in London as an Intelligence Analyst.

I went up the ranks in a variety of operational roles and mostly developed my skills from my experiences and amazing fellow officers, combating international organised crime.

As well as being an experienced profiler and communications specialist, I have led numerous kidnap and extortion fast response teams and have mediated all types of conflict in extremely pressurized situations and hostile environments.

I loved every minute of it (well… most minutes) and met truly inspiring people and life-long friends. I was coaching for many years in that environment and became an Executive Director for a growing company in the private industry, before deciding to pursue my vocation of helping others help themselves. 

I lived in different countries, speak three languages and love love love travelling. My three beautiful children are my pride and joy. I treasure and appreciate the connection developed with every single one of my clients and genuinely believe that everyone can turn their life around, find happiness, better themselves.

I have become a Master Practitioner in Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy with an absolute passion for my work and the incredible change it brings to people’s lives.
