As a representative of the organisation, how do professionals choose the most suitable candidate for a job? We understand that this is not an easy task. Hence, this training programme was developed to enable the participants to develop this critical skill.  

While interviewing an eligible candidate, it is necessary for professionals to be well acquainted with appropriate interviewing questions. We take the participants through the process of identifying the core competencies to conducting the interview.
