This course is for a student whom has zero or minimal experience operating a Forklift (Industrial Lift Truck - Class 1, 4, 5).
The advanced awareness training program has been developed to promote an in-depth awareness of the hazards and duties related to asbestos in the workplace. This program teaches participants how to identify locations where asbestos may be present and to understand the types of asbestos work.
Many worksites will require practical, site- specific training (in addition to theory training) before a worker is certified to operate machinery.
Lock Out course if offered by Mainland Safety. This is a 4 hour course that introduces workers to Lockout methods and explains when Lockout is required.
