This course is aimed at anyone looking to work with Bees as a hobby or career. Beekeeping is a pastime that is not only interesting but certainly environmentally friendly.

Through this course you can discover so much more about bees, beekeeping, honey production and using bee products. Throughout this bundled course you’ll learn the fundamentals of Beekeeping: from extracting honey to using a smoker and managing pests and disease within the colony.

This course is conducted by a Qualified and experienced Beekeeping Educator with years of experience in the Beekeeping Industry.

Our beekeeping short courses are an investment in your bees, the environment, and your own ability to get the most from your beekeeping experience. We have a range of Bee Keeping courses available, make sure you check them out! This course includes practical work with live honey bees.

During this course there will be excursions & tours to an operating commercial Apiary. Details will be provided to students in the first lesson. Students will need to provide their own transport to and from this local Apiary.
